The property, managed by the investment company MB America on behalf of a private investor, is located on the luxurious “Palm Island” belonging to the city of Miami Beach. The plot occupies 30,000 square feet, with a first coastline of more than 100 feet over the Bay of Biscay and three buildings. Al Capone had bought it in 1928 and died there on January 25, 1947.

93 Palm is one of the oldest and most representative properties in Miami, as it is a colonial-style villa built in 1922. The main house has seven luxurious rooms and a multitude of architectural details of the past, very suggestive scenarios and multiple natural decorations, including a swimming pool, a private sandy beach and a ladies’ boudoir in authentic Art Deco style -in black and gold colors-. In addition, the plot includes a small two-storey cabin by the pool and another construction next to the entrance and is protected by a security fence and surrounded by a high wall.
