Located in the very heart of the Art Deco district in South Miami Beach, it is probably the busiest beach for residents and tourists.

Lummus Park, which runs along Ocean Drive from 5th Street to 14th Place, has a grassy stretch between Ocean Drive and the beach with plenty of palm trees and an attractive paved path that is open to cyclists, joggers and skaters of all kinds.

In this area of South Miami Beach it is common to see celebrities walking and supermodels in full photo shoot along that great stretch of beach with beige sand. It also has an area to play volleyball.
